You don’t have to worry about a thing! We will set up your picnic and send you the exact spot at your chosen location so you have no trouble finding us! Then we leave you to it and return once your picnic is complete to clean up. Easy as that!

When you book your picnic, a $50 deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due by the day of your picnic. Unless communicated of another form of payment beforehand, failure to pay the remaining balance of your picnic before arrival will result in an automatic 20% gratuity.

Due to the time and planning that goes into creating each and every picnic experience, we only accept cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. However we can reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before your picnic date. Once the picnic is set-up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.

Guests who are more than 30 minutes late to their picnics will be considered a no-show and their picnic will be cancelled with no refund unless extenuating circumstances have been communicated. Please be timely as there may be additional picnics scheduled throughout the day.

Nebraska weather is unpredictable. We’ll watch the weather closely the week of and contact you 24 hours in advance for you to make the final decision. You have two options:
Move your picnic inside (Note: there will be a $0.50/mi mileage charge to any location outside of Omaha)
We can reschedule your picnic to a different available date.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible once you know your desired date! Weekends book up fast, especially once the weather gets nicer, so the sooner the better.

Yes we can! For events outside of Omaha, there is a mileage charge of $0.50/mi.

Unfortunately we do not. Each picnic will include one non-alcoholic beverage of choice such as: water, sparkling juice, orange juice, or soda (special request) . Omaha Pop-Up Picnics is not liable for any guest’s actions under the influence and reserves the right to charge for damages to Omaha Pop-Up’s property from alcohol consumption.
